Part 1

An easyconfig is a file. EasyBuild evaluates it, picks an easyblock, resolves a toolchain, and writes a module. This part is that file and that run: what a pin is, what the robot searches, what a sanity check asserts, how a build executes, and how a recipe is written when none exists.
